Returns and Delivery Policy

Returns:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we produce, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any type.

If your product has separated, leaked or arrived damaged you have 7 days, from your delivery date, to contact [email protected] 

In order to be sent a replacement video (not photographic) evidence is required as well as original packaging and business card, which all must be in the video.

There are no refunds.

If you have waited longer than a week, post-delivery, then no replacement will be offered.

Delivery:

Processing time is 3-5 days, not including weekends or holidays. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

We are not held responsible for stolen, lost, misplaced or missing packages. For this reason be sure to double check your shipping address before checking out.
